Tony received a degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Ph.D. in 1998 and 2004. After a post-doctoral experience, he joined the company as a lead engineer in 2006. In 2010, he became Head of Product Development.

He has been a lecturer in Agricultural Engineering since 2000. He teaches courses in machinery design and agricultural systems for undergraduate and graduate students. He is actively involved in hands-on learning and has supervised numerous research projects.
